We offer our customers a quick and friendly service with ticket response times under 2 hours from when the ticket was submitted during our hours of operation. All products include FTP access, a user friendly Control Panel, and an easy to use customer controlled account management system. Our main office is located in California and our business hours are 7 days a week 8am-10pm pst. Our Minecraft servers are ran on i3 2100 dual core processors with 8 GB's of RAM on each machine. As a bonus we give each customer access to the multicraft built in FTP client as well as the ability to use their own FTP client of choice. At no extra charge we provide a MySQL database and a "*.GameServersDIRECT.com:* subdomain. Both the sub domain and MySQL database will need to be requested by submitting a support ticket. At this time our VPS is still in beta so those two services are not available to the public.
