User Agreement

When starting new service with GameServersDIRECT you are agreeing to the following fields below. When reading this document "YOU" are the end user.  GameServersDIRECT reserves the right to discontinue service at anytime. It will take anywhere between 5 minutes to 2 hours to activate your new services with GameServersDIRECT after a payment has been accepted towards your account. At anytime you do not receive any emails from us please check your spam of junk folders. You are paying for service in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the same day each month. Your account is due on its 1 month anniversary, and becomes past due the next day. If a payment is not made to your account by the 3rd day then your services will be suspended. By the 6th day your services will be cancelled. Once your services are canceled due to non payment or canceled because of the end users request then your services are lost. When the end user submits a cancellation ticket the server will remain active until the last day of the end users billing or cycle unless the end user chooses to discontinue service immediately. It is the end users responsibility to make the finial back up.  If GameServersDIRECT discontinues your service then GameServersDIRECT will refund the end user the prorated amount. How ever if the end user wishes to discontinue service in the middle of the billing cycle then no refund will be issued. Refunds may only be issued with in 3 days into the start of or the beginning of each new billing cycle. If a refund request is made on the 4th day the refund request will be denied. You must make a refund request by submitting a ticket inside the Billing Support tab. (ONLY) If GameServersDIRECT discontinues your service then GameServersDIRECT will refund the end user the prorated amount. At you may upgrade or downgrade your service at anytime through the My Account tab.

All support tickets will automatically close due to inactivity with in 48 hours. After the 48 hours you will need to reopen a ticket if your issues was not resolved.

 

GameServersDIRECT reserves the right to change the User Agreement at any time. It is the end users responsibility to remain up to date with any changes.
